A 2004 American crime comedy film serving as a sequel to the 2000 film "The Whole Nine Yards." Directed by Howard Deutch and written by George Gallo, the story centers on retired hitman Jimmy "The Tulip" Tudeski (Bruce Willis), who, thanks to falsified dental records provided by his former neighbor Nicholas "Oz" Ozeransky (Matthew Perry), has faked his death and now leads a quiet life as a househusband with a passion for cooking and cleaning. His wife, Jill (Amanda Peet), aspires to become a professional assassin but has yet to complete a successful hit, as all her targets die in freak accidents before she can eliminate them. Meanwhile, Oz, married to Jimmy's ex-wife Cynthia (Natasha Henstridge) and expecting their first child, suffers from paranoia. The situation worsens with the return of Lazlo Gogolak (Kevin Pollak), Jimmy's former mob boss and mentor, who, upon release from prison, seeks revenge for the death of his son Janni, killed by Jimmy and Jill. Lazlo kidnaps Cynthia, forcing Oz to seek help from Jimmy and Jill. Throughout their rescue mission, the characters confront betrayal, uncover family secrets, and engage in numerous comedic and action-packed scenarios. The film received negative reviews from critics and was a box office failure, grossing $26.2 million against a budget of $40 million.
