A 1970 American fantasy comedy directed by Arthur Allan Seidelman, marking Arnold Schwarzenegger's film debut. The story follows Hercules (Arnold Schwarzenegger), the son of Zeus (Ernest Graves), who, bored with life on Mount Olympus, defies his father's orders and descends to Earth. Arriving in New York City, Hercules struggles to fit in due to his immense strength and unfamiliarity with modern society. He befriends Pretzie (Arnold Stang), a pretzel vendor who assists him in navigating the new environment. Hercules embarks on a career in professional wrestling, drawing the attention of criminals seeking to exploit his power. Meanwhile, Zeus, displeased with his son's disobedience, strips him of his divine strength. Facing challenges, Hercules, with Pretzie's support and Zeus's eventual intervention restoring his powers, overcomes his adversaries. Ultimately, Hercules realizes his mistakes and returns to Olympus, leaving Pretzie with a heartfelt farewell via radio.
