Bruce Almighty

A 2003 American fantasy comedy film directed by Tom Shadyac. The story follows Bruce Nolan (Jim Carrey), a television reporter in Buffalo who is discontented with his life and blames God for his misfortunes. In response, God (Morgan Freeman) endows Bruce with divine powers for a week to teach him how challenging it is to run the world.
