Land of Bad

"Land of Bad" is a 2024 American action thriller directed by William Eubank, who co-wrote the script with David Frigerio. The film follows Sergeant JJ "Playboy" Kinney (Liam Hemsworth), a young U.S. Air Force Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) operator, who joins a Delta Force team on a rescue mission in the Philippines. When the operation goes awry, Kinney becomes the sole survivor and must rely on the remote support of drone pilot Captain Eddie "Reaper" Grimm (Russell Crowe) to survive in hostile territory. The film also stars Luke Hemsworth (Sergeant Abel), Ricky Whittle (Sergeant Bishop), and Milo Ventimiglia (Master Sergeant John "Sugar" Sweet). The film premiered on February 16, 2024, in the United States.
