A 1983 British-American spy film directed by Irvin Kershner. The film is an unofficial remake of Thunderball and is not part of the main James Bond series, as it was produced by the independent studio Taliafilm rather than Eon Productions. Sean Connery returned to the role of James Bond after a 12-year hiatus.
