Serf

A 2019 Russian comedy. The plot follows Grisha (Miloš Biković), a spoiled son of oligarch Pavel (Aleksandr Samoylenko), who leads a carefree lifestyle, spending time in nightclubs and enjoying impunity thanks to his father's influence. After Grisha hits a policeman with his car, Pavel decides to change his son's behavior. With the help of TV producer Anastasia (Maria Mironova) and psychologist Lev (Ivan Okhlobystin), an experiment is organized: Grisha is immersed in an artificially created village imitating Russia of 1860, where he becomes a serf stableman. Facing new realities, Grisha tries to adapt to the life of a serf, while suspecting that what is happening is a prank. Along the way, he meets other "residents" of the village, including Aglaya (Olga Dibtseva), the landowner's daughter, and Liza (Aleksandra Bortich), a serf girl, leading to comedic and enlightening situations.
