The Dark Knight Rises

The final chapter of Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy, released in 2012. Set eight years after the events of The Dark Knight, Bruce Wayne (Christian Bale) has withdrawn from public life, but is forced to don the Batman mantle once more when Gotham faces a new threat—terrorist leader Bane (Tom Hardy).
