American rapper, actor, television host, and producer, born on September 18, 1974, in Detroit, Michigan, began his musical career in 1992. In 1996, he released his debut album "At the Speed of Life," which received positive reviews and featured the single "Paparazzi." His second album, "40 Dayz & 40 Nightz," released in 1998, solidified his position in the hip-hop scene. In 2000, with support from Dr. Dre, he released the commercially successful album "Restless," which included the hit "X." In 2002, he released "Man vs. Machine," reaching number three on the Billboard 200 chart. Subsequent albums include "Weapons of Mass Destruction" (2004), "Full Circle" (2006), and "Napalm" (2012). Since 2013, he has been a member of the hip-hop supergroup Serial Killers. Beyond his music career, he gained fame as the host of MTV's "Pimp My Ride" and appeared in films such as "Gridiron Gang" (2006), "The X-Files: I Want to Believe" (2008), and "Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans" (2009). His style is characterized by aggressive delivery, profound lyrics, and West Coast influences. Despite financial challenges following the end of his MTV show, he continues to perform and record music actively, remaining an influential figure in hip-hop culture.
