Keanu

A 2016 American action comedy film directed by Peter Atencio. The movie follows two cousins, Rell Williams (Jordan Peele) and Clarence Goobril (Keegan-Michael Key), who embark on a dangerous adventure to retrieve a kidnapped kitten named Keanu. After Rell experiences a breakup with his girlfriend, he finds solace in an adorable kitten that appears on his doorstep. However, when Keanu is soon abducted, Rell and Clarence decide to impersonate ruthless assassins known as the "Allentown Brothers" to infiltrate the "17th Street Blips" gang, led by a gangster called Cheddar (Method Man). Along the way, they encounter various dangers and comedic situations as they try to maintain their cover and rescue Keanu. The film blends elements of action and comedy, exploring themes of friendship, loyalty, and the lengths people are willing to go for those they love. The cast also includes Nia Long as Hannah, Clarence's wife, and Will Forte as Hulka, Rell's neighbor and a small-time drug dealer. Keanu Reeves provides the voice for the kitten Keanu, adding an extra layer of humor and meta-references to the film.
