An American science fiction thriller released in 2011, directed by Duncan Jones. The story follows Captain Colter Stevens (Jake Gyllenhaal), a military pilot who suddenly finds himself in the body of an unknown man aboard a commuter train bound for Chicago. Minutes later, the train explodes, and Stevens wakes up in a laboratory, where he is informed that he is part of a top-secret military program called "Source Code." This technology allows him to experience the last eight minutes of another person's life in an alternate reality.
