Swelter

A 2014 American action film written and directed by Keith Parmer. The story follows five robbers who steal $10 million from a Las Vegas casino. Four are captured, while the fifth, shot in the head and presumed dead, disappears along with the money. Ten years later, the gang's leader, Cole (Grant Bowler), escapes from prison with accomplices Stillman (Jean-Claude Van Damme), Boyd (Josh Henderson), and Cole's half-brother Kane (Daniele Favilli). They learn that their former partner, Pike (Lennie James), survived and, suffering from amnesia, became the sheriff of the small town of Baker under the name Bishop. Along the way, they encounter townsfolk including Doc (Alfred Molina), Bishop's stepdaughter London (Freya Tingley), and her mother Carmen (Catalina Sandino Moreno), who has a past with Cole. Tensions rise as the criminals terrorize the town, attempting to force Bishop to remember his past and reveal the location of the money.
