Underworld: Awakening

The 2012 American horror film, directed by Swedish filmmakers Måns Mårlind and Björn Stein, is the fourth installment in the "Underworld" series. The plot continues the story of the vampire warrior Selene (Kate Beckinsale), who, after a twelve-year coma, discovers that humans have become aware of the existence of vampires and Lycans, initiating a massive purge to exterminate them. Awakening in the laboratory of the Antigen corporation, Selene learns that she has a hybrid daughter named Eve (India Eisley), who possesses unique abilities. Together, they attempt to escape persecution from both humans and Lycans, who seek to use Eve for their own purposes.
