Cloverfield

The 2008 American horror film directed by Matt Reeves and produced by J.J. Abrams tells the story of a giant monster attacking New York City. The plot follows a group of friends gathered for a farewell party for Robert "Rob" Hawkins (Michael Stahl-David), who is about to move to Japan. During the party, the city is attacked by an unknown creature.
